It is the newly formed Film and Television Production arm of Aardvark Entertainment that was founded in 2005 by Co-Chairman Stephanie Caleb. 

The Parent company also boasts a team of premium designers and editors that originate comprehensive and engaging Key Art, Trailers, and OOH Advertising solutions to market and promote media content.
